Terms and Conditions for Merritt Technical Associates, Inc Subcontractors
1. Consultants provided by your firm will, by the start of the project, be the firm’s W2 employees, and if they are on an H1, they will be sponsored by your firm. Agreed?
2. In most cases a phone interview will precede any onsite “face to face” interview, however, there are exceptions to this.
3. A “landline” phone will be used by the consultant for all telephone interviews, and do note that this is not only MTA policy but MTA client policy.
4. All MTA clients expect an onsite “face to face” interview with the consultant.
5. Any travel or lodging expenses associated with interviews with MTA and MTA clients for your consultants will be the responsibility of your firm.
